How to create your first PlayStory?

We are happy to have you as a part of the PlayStory family 😀! Now that you are all set to start, let's look at how you can create your first PlayStory 😊. 

Signup if you are a new user 👍

You need a PlayStory account to get started. Go to playstory.io and choose to Sign Up. Create your account by following the prompts that appear.

Once you are done signing up, you can proceed with creating your PlayStory with the help of the following steps 👇, 

1️⃣Go to the Home Page 🏠and click on 'Create First Project' on the top right of the page.

2️⃣Enter your project name and click on the 'Create' button in the prompt that appears. 

3️⃣Now, under your project, create a PlayStory by clicking on the 'Create First PlayStory' button on the page. 

4️⃣Name the PlayStory and hit the 'Create' button to open the PlayStory builder. 

Once your builder opens, you can create video clips the following ways: 

👉Selecting a video from existing uploaded videos ⬆️. 

👉Uploading a new video from your device or recording a video using our tool. 

You can move to the next step after creating all the clips.

Get viewers to interact with your video by asking questions ❓. You can add question blocks by clicking 'Add Question' and entering your question in the block. You can shift the direction of the video based on the response from the viewer. You can choose the type of input from the drop-down menu ⬇️.

Feel free to add a new video block to your PlayStory and use multiple video clips. 🤗

You can also add external links and calendar links to your video 📹using blocks designed for each.

Once you finish adding interactive elements to it, click 'Publish', and you can choose to get a shareable link 🔗, a code to embed on the website or a video bubble for your site.
